Documentation not showing in IDE and only shows external link Follow

edit: It looks to be a Unity issue rather than a Rider one. Still not exactly sure how to fix it.

I can't get Rider to show C# documentation in the IDE.

And the expected result is:

My version is the latest (2022.3.2), and documentation from other sources such as Unity work just fine.

What can I do to fix this?
