Build Solutions Keeps Processing But Won't Finish.

After I opened the solution, it can build/rebuild/clean it works properly.

But the 2nd times I try to build/rebuild/clean, it will not work. The hint says the Build is in processing, but nothing happens.

Then I can click cancel, but the process won't stop, and all the Build menu will gray out.

This problem suddenly appeared yesterday. I tried Rider 2022.2.4 and 2022.3.2, both won't work in the 2nd times to build.
I tried Visual Studio too, the build function works fine, so I don't think my code has errors.

Please help.

Rider logs via Help | Collect logs;
Backend snapshot (sampling part);
Frontend snapshot;

Please share large files via https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ form and provide download ID or create a YouTrack issue and attach files there.
