AngularJS plugin doesn't work in .cshtml files

AngularJs (full js) is added as an external JS library. Seems to work fine in .HTML files (at least ng-* attributes). Rider version: 2017.3 on Windows

I have the same problem as Andy. When trying to restore packages from a custom package feed I get 401 error. I tried it both with and without login/password.
