I have added it and reset the toolbar multiple times and also used two computers to do it. The icon never shows up in the toolbar.Did you try it yourself and it works for you?

I found out that the issue is caused by a tool I use called 7+ Taskbar Tweaker. Of all the apps I use, it only happens to Rider. Thanks.

It's a little better when the button is pinned. It doesn't move when closing a solution but it still moves when opening a solution.

This seems to save the layout inside the app. It didn't work. The taskbar button seems to be an issue between Rider and Windows.
