Alexandra Guk, as far was I know roaming folder doesn't contain installations. At least it was not intended for storing installations.There should be stored user specific settings, user experience ...

Toolbox didn't help, that what it showed for me `%APPDATA%\JetBrains doesn't contain version 2018. Folder 2020.3 was nearly empty, just contained some files that weigh some kbytes
