I don't thnk it's a Rider problem. I did the same and on my taskbar the button always stays on the same position.

Sorry for the late answer, but i was busy at work last week.I used the EAp build 2020.3 eap build 203.5251.8 which is bundled in the dotUltimater EAP. Currently i switched to EAP 6. Regards Andreas
