1. 2.Unity project 3. Yea, after "Tools > Android > Enable Android Support" device file manager & logcat have appeared. Thanks!

I've tried to select JetBrains MsBuild but it didn't help. There is no mono MsBuild 15 in the list either. Any ideas on how to fix this? Or what should I try next?

Yes, I've installed Rider Xamarin Android Support plugin manually. But it didn't help.
