My bad, I got it worked out. I had to start the Unity hub as sudo then everything was fine.

I am sorry, I forgot to clarify, I am using Rider. The prior reply from Bas Smit seems to have got me all taken care of!

3. How can I select all (ctrl + A) and uncomment? It only lets me format when I Alt + Enter and there is no "Uncomment" option if I select all.

Well, I feel like an idiot, lol. Thanks for that. It has been weeks I have had to deal with it not knowing it was the same key combo to undo it. Everything I saw as far as commands shows it was Alt...

Thank you for the info, that definitely is helpful and takes care of most of the problem. What would be great though, is if you could right click on a folder and set exactly what you want the names...
