Hi there, I have found that the issue is related to the keyboard input source. I've been using: U.S. International - PC Switching to U.S. fixed it.

I have the same issue. It's really only the quotes that are annoying. The brackets are fine as they appear automatically right after you type in the first one, while the quotes make you press a but...
