    Same problem here. I had to delete settings folder because of this issue https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-58508 then I import my config backup but live templates are missing.

    Same problem for a few days. Tried updating uninstalling, reinstalling (both through Toolbox and standalone) and so forth. Still not working. I'm moving to the issue Kirill Filin pointed to.
