Sign UWP app with certificate

First question, I want to sign an uwp app to publish the app in Microsoft store it's possible and how ?

Second question, I want to sign an uwp app with official certificate but my certificate has a password and i can't set the password rider so the certificate is invalidate so how can i do ?

And how can i create appxbundle in AppPackages ?

Apologies for not responding earlier. Do you mean that you need to publish your application to Microsoft Store using the Windows Application Packaging Project?
