Hot reload error
Hot reload in vb works great for console apps but as soon as I edit the main method it gives an error applies the changes but disables further changes.
This only happens on .net, net framework and .net standard work fine.

I'm sorry for misleading you. Hot Reload is not supported for VB projects.
But it works just fine with .net framework?

Please accept my apologize for the delay. I've tried to reproduce the issue described on your sample project, but with no luck. Do you have the same issue with the latest Rider 2023.1.1?
If so, could you please reproduce it and provide the following information:
- Logs via Help | Collect logs
- Screenshot of the error you have
- And a screencast where you reproduce this error.

Yeah, it's fixed in the latest version.
But if I do Hot Reload on a VB winforms app it fails.

For WinForms, VB Hot Reload is still not supported and we don't have plans for it right now.
