TODO filter apply on more than one line

I'm trying to mark a whole commentary (with multiple lines) with a filter color

I really think that I'm missing something because we have this option

But when I add indentation to my commentaries nothing happens

 

What am I doing wrong here?

I can confirm that this option works in GoLand but not in rider it seems

I've filed an issue for that: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-92189/Treat-indented-text-on-the-following-lines-as-part-of-the-same-TODO-does-not-work.
