Rider rebuild the project whenever changing the build target
I need to build my project on several targets frequently. When I change the build target and build the project, Rider will always rebuild all. It cost lot of time. Visual Studio seems won't rebuild when switching build target. Is there any option that can save the cache and only build the changed code?

Could you please clarify how do you change build target in Rider? And what do you do in VS to achieve a different result? Please also share your csproj file and a problematic build log.
