Constantly getting a very annoying dialog box on Unity

I am using JetBrains Rider 2023.1 and Unity 2021.3.23, and now suddenly I'm constantly getting a very annoying dialog box on the screen, attached image below:

I would like to know what it is about because while it's active, the Unity editor is blocked and it's something that didn't happen to me before. Thank you!
