What is the significance of different file icons for the same type of file

Some of the files in my solution explorer have a a different file icon than other files of the same type. Why? What is the reason for the difference?

For my understanding *.spec.ts are generated by Angular CLI.
Not to worry. It looks like Rider recognizes test files based on the .spec or .test and gives them a different icon.
