Can I hide certain file types (e.g. *feature.cs) from the Explorer sidebar?

Is there a way to hide files from the Explorer sidebar by specifying a filename pattern?

For instance, I'd love to hide the generated SpecFlow *feature.cs files.

I can't believe there's not a config for this, but I sure as heck can't find it.
