How to save azure deployments
Every time I right-click and go to Publish... it always seems like I'm creating a new configuration, since the Name is like 'Project (50...)'
Is there a way to save this?

In the Run/Debug Configuration, you can create a new Azure publish profile there. Ensure you are using the latest version of Rider and Azure Tools plugin.
