No warnings for suddenly having a different namespace and path.
Nothing about namespaces is displayed. I was using the automatic suggestions and fixes well, but suddenly they disappeared.
I want to fix this.

Why do my settings keep changing? Even this was the default setting, and even after wiping everything and reinstalling, it doesn't come back.
I just lose all my other settings and have to set them again.

Namespace inspections should have severity Hint or Warning by default, depending on the exact inspection (File | Settings | Editor | Inspection Settings | Inspection Severity | C#).
As soon as you change the setting severity, you should see a corresponding change reflected in the editor as long as your Severity settings are set to an appropriate level. For example, highlight level should be set to Hints if inspection severity is Hint.
