remove unnesscary plugin framework and language.
can anyone please tell me how to remove all those unnecessary plugin comes preinstalled and the framework and language packs as i want do decrease the size of rider and is working slow.

I'm sorry to hear that Rider works slowly for you. In fact, plugins do not take any significant space. If any of the plugins slows down Rider, it is enough to disable the plugin to get rid of this problem.
You can reduce the amount of used disk space by removing some temporary files. Also, please be sure that Keep only the latest version in Toolbox settings enabled. However, the minimum required disk space is 2,5 GB.
However, it is not a common case when slowing occurs because of the plugins. We can investigate the issue further. For this, when you experience a slowing down, create the issue via Help | Report a bug with the following information:
Attach the information to the ticket or upload to our server and share the ID.
