Struggling to enable AI Assistant in Rider

I have installed the plugin, but see only the screen below:
 

I have dotUltimate with AI Assistant pro included, so of course I click the “Get Jetbrains AI pro” button which just takes me to a page where I can download the plugin (which I already have installed). So I'm stuck in this infinite loop of “Get Jetbrains AI Pro” → Download plugin over and over again. I cannot for the life of me figure out how I'm supposed to log in as my user that has dotUltimate so I can start using this godforsaken plugin. And yes, I am logged in as this user in Rider itself, but for some reason the plugin doesn't recognize that. Send help.
