rider 2025.02.01 can not jump through this window after installation.

hi i just installed the rider 2025.02.01. and got this 

 

and rider is hanging there since the enable and restart does not work. and i can not close this window.

Hello, 

Thanks for contacting Rider support. 

You may have faced this known issue: IJPL-163412 Conflicting plugin dialog doesn't respond. You can upvote it and subscribe for updates. 

As a workaround, please try to open plugins directory and manually delete the conflicting plugins.
