Where is the toggle analysis (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+8) hotkey defined? What's this action's name?
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+8 toggles the code analysis on the current file.
It's a neat feature, but I really don't know where it comes from. The keymap setting calls it “Enable Daemon”…?
Even more weirdly, I never find a button or menu item to toggle code analysis. It seems to be a hotkey-only feature?

“Enable Daemon” is the correct action for toggle analysis (we acknowledge the name might not be immediately intuitive). From UI, you can do the same by clicking the right-upper corner of current document then setting highlight level to “None”:
