Is the monitoring tab broken?

I'm on Rider 2025.3.0.1 and trying to use the Monitoring tab to see the updates.  In the past, all I had to do was open the tab when the app was running.  Now after running or debugging an app and then opening the monitoring tab simply shows a message - To view real-time performance insights, run or debug your application.  Shouldn't it be showing monitoring results?
