Copyright not inserted
Hello,
I followed the steps outlined here:

But no matter what I do, no copyright is ever inserted in any file.

You can use Rider file templates to customize file header styles, it should be configured for different languages.
Or, you can use StyleCop copyright attribute, Rider file template configurations will overwrite this one.
