I thought load time was supposed to decrease?
Over the last couple of versions of Rider the load time seems to increase, not decrease as the “what's new” advertises. I'm on version 2025.3.0.4 and from the time I click the Rider icon to the time it opens with the select a solution option is anywhere from 4.5-6 minutes. This is definitely not faster than previous versions.

To confirm, you're referring to the loading time of Rider's Welcome Screen, correct? Please check if the following could mitigate this issue:
1. Disable all downloaded plugins to check if the issue is caused by a third-party plugin.

2. (Windows Only) Temporaily disable antivirus and see if the situation improves. If yes, follow How Antivirus Software Affects Rider's Performance (on Windows) ("Folders and processes to be excluded from antivirus scan" section) to add Rider-relevant folders to exception list.
3. Ensure all trace scenarios are unselected under Rider Help | Diagnostic tools | Choose Trace Scenarios.
If the issue continues:
Please reproduce the issue and collect Rider logs via Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data; I’ll proceed with further investigation.

Ok, yeah, disabling the plugins brought it to 40 seconds.
