Issue with Jetbrains Assistant automatic attachments

I'm not allowed to pass any code to KI tools by my customer. I have deactivated all AI Assitant functions which potentially use code from my project. Also i added a.aiignore to prevent copying any code to the assistant. But if i have selected any code or text in the editor or tool windows the selection is automatically added as attachment. How can i disable this behavbior?
