Is there a setting I can change to make Find in Files automatically open in the Find Window rather than its own separate pop up?
In the bottom right corner of the popup it says I can press Ctrl+Enter to move it into the Find Window (which works), but it would be nice if I could make that happen automatically every time.

Unfortunately, such a feature is not yet available in the product. Hence, I have created a feature request with ID RIDER-135017 Find in Files: Automatically open in Find Window.
Meanwhile, you may want to try using Macros to achieve that.
