Enable Drag and Drop File Registration from BookMarks to Junie

I would like to request a feature that allows drag and drop functionality to register files from BookMarks to Junie directly within Rider.

Currently, when working with BookMarks and Junie, I need to manually register files through menu operations or other methods. However, if I could simply drag a file from the BookMarks panel and drop it onto Junie, it would significantly improve my workflow efficiency.

Proposed behavior:

• Select a file or multiple files in the BookMarks panel
• Drag them to the Junie panel/window
• Files are automatically registered to Junie upon drop

This would be especially useful when organizing frequently-accessed files or when needing to quickly add multiple files to Junie for AI-assisted development.

I believe this feature would enhance the integration between BookMarks and Junie, making the development experience more seamless.
