[Unity] <ItemGroup> keeps being added to *.csproj files

Hi,
Since upgrading to the latest Rider version, I keep getting these XML lines being appended to all my *.csproj files on each commit:
I'm getting roughly ten of these per commit, so maybe it's tied to my alt-tabbing into Rider? Not sure, but my *.csproj files keep growing... :/ Has anyone else experienced this?
Version info:
JetBrains Rider 2017.3.1
Build #RD-173.3994.2442, built on February 5, 2018
JRE: 1.8.0_152-release-1024-b10 x86_64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
Mac OS X 10.13.3

Is it Unity-generated project or your custom one?

It's a Unity-generated project. I've also tried removing all *.sln and *.csproj files and triggering their regeneration by Unity. The issue still happens after that.
What is your Unity version?
In the original post it was Unity 2017.3.0f3, but I have since upgraded to 2017.3.1f1 and I'm still getting the same behaviour. Hopefully it will get fixed by that Rider 2018.1 patch you guys referenced on GitHub. Thanks for responding so quickly! :)
