Rider C# method separator

Running the latest version of Rider on a C# project and cannot seem to get the method separator line to appear.
Settings, Editor, General, Appearance, Show method separators is enabled.
I did import settings from IntelliJ. Hopefully that did not cause a problem.
Are there any other "knobs" to twist to get the separator line to show?

Currently this functionality is no implemented for .NET languages.
Follow this ticket to get the updates.

This issue now came up with 2020.2 version as well. I used to see these horizontal lines before update. but am not seeing this.
