Active editor helpers reset every time I run a test

I activate the "Show line numbers", "Show gutter icons" and "Show ident guides".
Then, after I run a test, pufff. This is gone again. Can you help please?

Could you please first try to clear caches (File | Invalidate Caches / Restart -> Invalidate and restart). If the problem persists, please, share your logs (Help | Compress Logs and Show in ...) via https://uploads.jetbrains.com form and let us know the exact file name.
