Can't create Xamarin.Forms Application in Windows

I installed Android components several times but unfortunately, I can't make a Xamarin.Forms application.

Do you get any error message? Please make sure that you have Visual Studio installed. Xamarin SDK is distributed only along with VS at the moment.
