Window layout possibilities

Is there a way to have multiple tool docklets and their respective tabs in a separate window?

I like having the main IDE windows split verticaly, with only code, and no toolbars or docked windows, and have a separate window where all my tools are.

I know I can right click on a tool tab and say View mode > Window, but the tab stays in the main window and I can't figure out how to have multiple tools in one window. Each one of them becomes a separate window. Also, sometimes, I like to have multiple windows with code. Is that possible?
