Introduce field refactoring suggestion is always different than current name

Whenever I try to use the introduce field refactoring on an existing variable, (ctrl R, F), the propmt that pops up always suggests a different name than its current name. This is annoying since I repeatedly have to retype the name. Usually after the first letter or two it suggests the old name correctly. So it clearly has access to what the old name was, but is suggesting a different one.
Any way to fix this behavior? it only costs me seconds, but that adds up significantly over a long time.

Could anyone provide sample code snippet and/or screencast of this issue? What Rider versions do you use?
Looks like RIDER-20028, but I can't reproduce it on Rider 2019.2.2.

Looks same on my machine as what sorencoder posted. I'm on The most recent version of rider, but same behaviour since at least february's version.
