New blank Android project: "NoClassDefFoundError: sun/misc/Cleaner"

When I create a new blank Android project and I open activity_main.xml, I get this:

Any ideas? I tried changing JDKs, doesn't help. Should I log an issue?

Hi Robin!

This is a known issue that we are going to fix as soon as possible: RIDER-30685

For now, downgrade to 2019.1.3 is the only workaround.
