Creating a project in RIDER IDE with a description and Title, like the ones provided in the tutorial section

I'm using JetBrains Rider IDE, so I'd like to create a project that have a description and a different title from the solution. Below , a screenshot showing the tutorials projects provided with rider in the first install.
