Files window not displaying any files

Pressing CTRL+Shift+T brings up a view where I can normally type in a file name, for which it will then show a list of matches.

On one PC I work on, this view always remains empty. Other tabs on the same window, "Classes", "Symbols", "All" and actions, all work as expected.

Did I mess up a setting somewhere?

I'm using Windows 10 and Rider 2019.1.1.

Also of note is that this does not seem to be the case for every project on this PC.

That's weird :) 

Is it possible to update Rider to the latest version? 

Also, if this occurs only in one project, please, try to clear caches with File - Invalidate cache and Restart.
