Built program is smaller than the program in WinForms Designer

Size comparison between two: 

It happened 2 times, I fixed first one by setting AutoScaleMode to DPI. After that I have opened the solution in Visual Studio (2019 Community) and it got smaller again.

Could you please specify your Rider version, number of monitors and their resolution and scale.

If you use several monitors, do you open built solution on the same screen as sources?

Rider version: 192.7317.11

Number of monitors: 1

Monitor 1 resolution and scale: 1366x768, 15.6 inch (39.62 cm)
