Color scheme settings for C# has gone/missing?

Hi all,
I've wnated to export the custom color scheme from my home PC to work and foud that the Rider at work PC is missing of 'C#' menu item in Editor -> Color Scheme, so my theme doesn't affect anything. The Rider version is JetBrains Rider 2019.2.4 Build #RD-192.7317.44 (just updated to avoid any possible mess).
How could I get this option back except the full re-install of RIder?

Could you please first update to the latest 2019.3.1? Thank you in advance.
Do I need to get fresh install? Because the Update option in Rider just brought me the version I pointed originally.
Has upgraded to 2019.3 and the option has appeared! Thank you!
