Newly installed fonts not showing in list

Just installed new Operator font but only the "SSM" families for it are showing in Rider's list -- none of the standard Operator Mono fonts are showing. The fonts work fine in any other program. I even tried with "show only mono fonts" turned on/off. I have restarted Rider, restarted Windows, even uninstalled and reinstalled the fonts. Nothing is working.
Is there some sort of font cache I can delete to get it working?
Latest available version of Rider (May 14th, 2020) installed.

We have an issue with Operator Mono not listed as monospaced, are you sure unchecking "show only mono fonts" does not help? https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-180897
The font must be installed as an Administrator (install for all users option).
