Rider have low perfomance in mac os catalina

Hi! I have a problem. My mac (macbook pro 16) have low perfomance in catalina.

Periodically, there is a slight hang - up in the process of editing the code. Tell me how to solve this problem.

Hi,

This sounds like a known issue, caused by Java Runtime version, bundled with Rider 2020.1.3. Please try to change Rider's runtime as described here and let me know if it helps.
