Remote SSH External Tools windows invalid path

Hello,

I am getting an issue where I have setup a simple external tool that connects to a windows SSH server like so

However, when executing this I get this output:

I am otherwise able to start up a SSH session to this remote server manually and it works fine.

Rider Version: 2020.1.4 - RD-201.8538.1
