2020.2 Attach To Process Returns Empty List

Since the 2020.2 Release on Windows when I try to attach the debugger to a local process I get an empty list of processes. I had to revert back to build before so I could continue to do my work. I feel like I am probably just doing something wrong or have the wrong setting but I cannot figure out what I need to do to attach to w3wp. In version before 2020.2 I would just go to the run dropdown, click attach to process, and then a big list would show, now its an empty list.
