Hello, you mean Run toolwindow? If so, then you can use dock pinned mode for it. Let me know if that helps or please provide a bit more details on the request.
Sorry for not being specific. When I open external terminal, to not close itself like Visual Studio. When you open the terminal, it says "Press any key to continue..." or it was something like that. Again, sorry for not being specific.
