How do I import .run.xml files into my solution?

After upgrading to Rider 2021.1, Rider no longer detects any of the .run.xml files in my solution. (I have already submitted a bug report.) I have already tried clearing caches and deleting my workspace.xml file, neither of which has caused Rider 2021.1 to detect my .run.xml files. So my question is, how can I manually re-add these files to my solution?

Thanks a lot for letting us know about the problem. I have posted a workaround on YouTrack, but I'll repeat here just in case.

The solution is to add the folder that you use to store *.run.xml shared configurations (default is \.run) to Rider indexing. See the attached screenshot.
