Newest Update Changed Tooltip Color?

My intellisense tooltip popup color is now a really really ugly/bright white despite the fact that I'm using a dark mode theme. Before the latest update (installed this morning) it was a matching dark theme color and now I can barely read it.

Did the option to change this move somewhere? Is this a bug with the new version and it's just ignoring the color it should be set to?
