How to stop Rider's button on the taskbar from repositioning itself in the taskbar when opening a project?

I have Rider running and I have a preference to have its taskbar button/icon to the left of the other buttons on the taskbar in Windows. Every time I open a project in Rider, the button repositions itself to the far right in the taskbar. I see this odd behavior only with Rider and I have many apps open.

Is there a way to stop this behavior?

I don't thnk it's a Rider problem. I did the same and on my taskbar the button always stays on the same position.

Actually the problem is when it's closing the last opened project or the single opened project. So if I opened 3 projects, I have 3 Rider buttons on the left side of the taskbar. I close one project, the two buttons are on the left. I close one project, the button is on the left. I close the last project, the button jumps all the way to the right end. Same thing if only one project was opened. Weird.
I like to have the buttons of apps I use frequently be on the left side. This odd behavior makes me drag the button to the left side every time I close a project.  I thought the tool '7+ taskbar tweaker' was causing it but it didn't.

Hello Abdu,

Could you please tell me what Rider version are you using and provide a screen recording that would show the issue? Thank you in advance!
