Word in custom dictionary, but being marked as a typo anyway

I downloaded a custom pt-BR dictionary, followed the instructions to install Hunspell, and most words do work but in case of "Identidade", it does not.

And when I try to add it as an accepted word, it says it's already in the dictionary.

What could it be?
