Rider for Unreal Engine does support Unreal Engine 4.27. You have to install Unreal Engine from the Epic Games launcher or build the engine manually, then sign up for Early Preview of Rider for Unreal Engine here.
You will receive an email containing the link to Rider for UE shortly after signing up. You will also find the link to download Rider for UE in your subscriptions on this page.
